Boiler Fire

This homes boiler burst into flames one day while the homeowners were not home. Luckily the fire department was called by a neighbor and they were able to knock down the fire before the whole house went up in flames. The basement received a majority of the smoke damage. As heat rises, you can see the line on the paneling in the before picture where the smoke stayed in the air. A lot of the contents in the basement were able to be cleaned and stored for the homeowners during the reconstruction process. SERVPROs Construction Manager was able to go in and get the place looking back to brand new with new paneling and carpet to have the homeowners have their relaxing basement back to normal.
