Water Damage from Frozen Pipe Burst

This water damage was caused by a deep freeze the area had. The water damage started after a frozen pipe burst and started flooding down into the kitchen area. Luckily, the tenants were in the home to be able to shut off the water quickly only causing damage to the kitchen area and nowhere else. There was only a couple ceiling tiles that needs to be replaced. SERVPRO was able to save the rest of the area from having to be replaced by drying it out properly and allowing the tenant to continue to stay in her apartment. SERVPRO really helped make this water loss “Like it never even happened.”
