Campbell Hall Home Has Water Damage on Two Floors to Clean Up
After a pipe break in this Campbell Hall home in an upstairs bathroom, the water ran down through the floor joists and wound up in the dining room below as can be seen in the photo with the darkened areas on the wall around the doorway. The homeowner brought in SERVPRO quickly, and this fast start to the cleanup meant water got extracted before it had a chance to compromise the hardwood flooring. The techs used their detection equipment to determine the exact location of the water within the walls and ceiling and performed controlled demo only in those areas removing both the deteriorated sheetrock and the insulation along with the wainscotting and baseboards.
